I hosted the Ridango Summer Days event on 22 August 2025 at Lammasmäe Puhkekeskus, approximately 90 minutes from Tallinn. Ridango is a company that has been going from strength to strength — including a significant business acquisition that required careful internal communication with staff.
The day opened with formal discussions. I moderated a very lively stage and audience debate on the role of AI in their company. The format enabled broad participation and genuine idea-sharing about how the team wants to approach technology integration.
Team building and recreational activities followed the morning proceedings. The evening closed with a stand-up comedy set from comedian Ben Heckscher.
