I had the pleasure of being invited to the Pipedrive Summer Garage 2025, their yearly internall all hands in Tallinn.

I was on stage participating in a client panel, sharing our stories from the front lines to the team. I was representing both my experiences using Pipedrive in Comedy Estonia and Combat Ready. In addition to using the tool for sales in both companies, I wrote several integrations myself to help our workflows.

Pipedrive has a new value for this year “Artists and Scientist”, trying to capture both the exploration and creativity of an artist, while ensuring that our feelings and hunches are backed up with real data.

Drawing on my more than 15 years of experience as a Talent Manager, i had a message for Pipedrive management: true creativity is not guarantee. We can schedule the effort but we can’t always guarantee the outcome. I have come to understand art does not get created in the 15 minutes between meetings, it requires time, care and nurture. I urged Pipedrive management that if they are serious about this initiative (which I believe they are), they need to find ways to give their people the space to be truly creative.
