My panel creation workflow at Tark tööstus 2026

I will share with you how I constructed this dynamic end of day panel session at Tark tööstus 2026. This is a formula you can use when creating conference content.

The panel was presented by Saksa Automaatika, Siemens and Brillian AI on the topics of “Estonian Industry 2035”, AI Copilot in industry and how to add AI to our human workflows.

I don’t have deep industrial knowledge, so I had to educate myself. In the weeks before Siemens and Saksa Automaatika presented a keynote on their Estonia 2035 strategy. I attended, recorded the audio and had AI transcribe it.

I had some ideas for how I wanted the session to go. Lots of game show style short sharp segments with pointed questions designed to have fun. I asked AI to analyse a number of top business podcasts that have a unique format to help me come up with some segment ideas.

I then took the ideas that I liked: the transcription, website information about industrial copilot and Brillian and I fed it all into the AI. I asked it to come up with a 35 minute session plan.

I think the key point is right here.

I didn’t stop with the first answer it gave me. I rearranged. I rewrote. I asked for clarification on some questions. I asked for different topics. The point to me, was that AI became my partner not my producer.

I felt a bit weird to even admit that I had used AI to develop this session plan. Some lizard brain in my head was telling me it’s cheating when the client is paying good money. But then I remember this session is about incorporating AI. That’s the whole point. So I felt a bit better.

Take away: It’s not about just blindly asking AI for the answer but rather using it as your creativity co-writer.

Thanks to Ats Alupere, Janne Öhman and Tarmo Pajunen for a fun panel on stage and Ruslan Hamzin for being my man behind the scenes.
