Host of Ridango Summer Days 2025
On the 22nd of August 2025 I had the pleasure of hosting the Ridango Summer Days for 2025 in the gorgeous Lammasmäe Puhkekeskus, about 90 minutes outside of Tallinn.
I have worked at Ridango events several times over the last few years and it’s a pleasure to see them going from strength to strength. In the last year they made a key business acquisition and so the formal discussions and presentations were crucial to communicating these vital new updates to all the staff present.
The first few hours were formal discussions, where I also got to moderate a very lively stage and audience debate on the role of AI in their company. We were able to hear from everyone in the audience who wanted a say and many different ideas for how this new technology can be integrated were tabled.
The rest of the day were classic summer days good times with fun and team building activities at Lammasmäe Puhkekeskus.
The day was capped off with a great Stand Up performance from my good friend Ben Heckscher.
